Occasionally spray 100% silicone or dry lube on flush ball seal. Replacement seals are rather expensive.
Make sure to winterize the toilet water valve with RV Anti-freeze before cold weather. Valves are expensive.
Only use RV toilet paper. This is very important, not just sales hype. Don't ever use household TP.
